The simplest way to determine if you are printing on dark is to ask, "Are any of my ink colors lighter than the color of the shirt?" If the answer is yes, then you need to use the pricing schedule for printing on dark, and you will be limited to one-color printing only. ANY TIME THAT WHITE IS AN INK COLOR, YOU MUST USE THE PRICING SCHEDULE FOR PRINTING ON DARK.

When printing on dark, the ink used must usually be printed twice (often referred to as "flashing" or using an "underlay") to maximize the opacity and ensure that the dark color of the t-shirt is not visible through the ink. This doubles the amount of time needed to print the shirts, but is necessary to make your design look the best it can on a dark tee.

Our current screen printing turnaround time is 3 weeks, plus time in transit. We are unable to expedite screen printing orders at this time.

IMPORTANT:

Please email your artwork to Dollar Shirts immediately after placing your order. Please email all artwork to orders@dollarshirts.com in .AI, .EPS, .PSD, or .JPEG format. Artwork should have a resolution of 300 dpi AT THE SIZE YOU WANT IT PRINTED. Please do not reduce the size of your artwork to increase resolution, as this gives images jagged edges and will not print cleanly. If the artwork that you submit requires alterations to make it suitable for screen printing, including resizing, nominal art charges may apply.

Ink color changes are not available. If you would like multiple ink color combinations, please add each combination to your cart separately.
