Constructed with a 100% Taslan nylon outer surface, 100% quilted Taffeta nylon outer surface, 100% quilted Taffeta nylon sleeve lining with 3-ounce polyfil. It's thoughtfully designed with a storm flap featuring a Velcro and zipper closure, D-ring, drawcord at bottom hem with cord locks, Velcro adjustable cuffs and locker loop. It's finished with front zippered pockets, an inside chest pocket and a cell phone pocket for convenience.
